If the room is available, you can send us your Reservation Request with the credit card details. Your reservation will be confirmed with our voucher, that must be printed and and show at your arrival.
YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED WITH THE COST OF THE FIRST NIGHT.

Check in from 1.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Check out before 11.00 am - Contact us differently.

No cancellation fee is applied, and the deposit refunded, if a written cancellation request is received within 20 days before the arrival date.
Written cancellation requests received between 10-20 days before the arrival date will be processed with a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount due.
Written cancellation requests received between 3-10 days before the arrival date will be processed with a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount due.
Written cancellation requests received between 1-3 days before the arrival date will be processed with a cancellation fee of 90% of the entire amount due.
In case of cancellation request received the same arrival day or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount due will be applied.
The total amount will also be charged if the guest chooses to leave before the agreed departure date reported in the Confirmation Document.
